Information for Job Placement Firms
Munich Re America's
fee policy is to pay an agency a percentage of the base salary only
(excluding any sales commissions, bonuses, profit sharing, or other
Munich Re America incentive plans) of an applicant who is referred by
your firm and subsequently hired by Munich Re America. Only a Munich Re America Recruiter is authorized to give recruiting assignments to, or
to place orders with, your firm. Your actions based upon unauthorized
assignments or orders from other employees of Munich Re America shall
not entitle your firm to a fee.
Resume Submission
Our current contract must be signed prior to the submission of a
resume, or the resume will be considered to be unsolicited. Munich Re America will only accept resumes submitted for a specific active job
requisition. Any resume received by your firm not associated with
a specific active job requisition will be considered unsolicited.
Munich Re America will not accept unsolicited resumes; Munich Re America will
not pay a fee for a candidate whose resume was unsolicited and who
was later hired by Munich Re America. Submitted resumes or other contacts
made by your firm to anyone in Munich Re America other than the Recruiter
shall not entitle your firm to any placement fee.
Qualifying
for a Placement Fee
To qualify for a placement fee, your firm must submit a written
resume through Munich Re America's applicant tracking system following
the correct resume submittal process. All fields within the applicant
tracking system are required and must be filled out.
In addition,
Munich Re America expects your firm to be actively involved in the interviewing
process. For example, your firm is expected to help coordinate telephone
or in-person interview scheduling, to make Munich Re America aware of
other companies, which the candidate may be considering, to help
to arrange reference checks, and to participate in the negotiations
if a job offer is made.
